To transform an idea or an existing activity into a solid, sustainable, and meaningful business.
Pre-incubation
To strengthen the personal and technical capacities of beneficiaries so that they can transform a simple idea into a viable and structured project.
Incubation
To support beneficiaries in the concrete development of their projects through 6 days of classroom training and 3 months of field follow-up, allowing them to consolidate their projects and transform them into businesses ready to be launched.
Post-incubation follow-up
To assist beneficiaries in the effective implementation of their projects, consolidate their achievements, and ensure the sustainability of their businesses through personalized mentoring.
